Alvarion’s BreezeCELL is an active DAS system with an innovative flat architecture approach designed for optimal indoor capacity and coverage. An all-inclusive Remote Unit with antenna inside enables quick and easy deployment. Installing BreezeCELL in a building eliminates black spots and provides a high speed data connection to multiple devices no matter where users are connecting from within the building. This TrueActive system is comprised of hub equipment that supports a multitude of Remote Units, all on a single hierarchy powered by TrueActive technology. BreezeCELL Components The BreezeCELL system is composed of three parts: Headend equipment Coaxial Network equipment Remote Units The Headend equipment can be installed in the basement or equipment cabinets. Coaxial network equipment is installed directly on the network cables, and BreezeCELL Remote Units are installed inside buildings on the walls, ceilings, or inside ceiling tiles.
