Can be used for Pick-to-light or put-to-light applications. Runs as a stand-alone software, and can be linked to your Warehouse Management Solution. Optional Pack&Check software module to facilitate 100% order accuracy. Hardware Interface modules can be customized for storage and conveyor machine direction. Highlighted Solution: The Pick-To-Light Digital Control System is one of the software component of the LightControl Digital Warehouse Solution package. The Pick-to-Light System is perfectly suited for the high-volume, high-velocity distribution warehouse, allowing for more productive picking for either loose picking operations. With the Pick-to-Light system, the picker is guided to the item to be picked by Light Modules?attached to the picking location. Each light module also displays the quantity to be picked and has a Confirmation button which feeds real-time data back to the Warehouse Management Software.
