Fontan Portastar aerosol

Application:FONTAN® Portastar, our motorized knapsack ULV aerosol generator for the efficient combatting of insects, vermin pest and vectors.

• Control of disease transmitting insects (e.g. mosquitoes) in urban and rural regions
• Pest control for health and hygiene in public, private and commercial areas (e.g. dwellings, public buildings, hotels, hospitals) and in animal keeping

Advantages: The FONTAN® Portastar produces an aerosol fog of highest efficiency and penetration. Contrary to conventional mist blowers - with or without ULV attachment - and working with blowers with extremely high air throughout, the rotary pump of the Fontan Portastar produces 35 m³ of air only. This has the advantage that the cloud of aerosol droplets remains concentrated and is not dispersed or scattered too rapidly and ineffectively by high air volume.
Moreover, the ULV method ensured an economic consumption of chemical preparations. A minimum quantity processed into an homogeneous droplet spectrum of approx. 2-20 m m guarantees an optimal distribution and coverage without dripping losses.
